  • Holding and  conducting of statutory meetings of the  board of directors, annual general meeting and extra ordinary  general meeting of the company.
  • Maintenance of ‘the minutes’ of the meetings of board of directors and general meetings of the company, maintenance of statutory registers such as Register of Mortgages/Charges, Register of Directors and other statutory records of the company under the provisions of The Companies Act, 2013.
