Md. Raeesis an advocate with immense experience in Real Estate and Mortgage Laws. He has been conducting the risk mitigating and due diligence exercises for banking sector. He is adept in due diligence of commercial, institutional and residential real estate projects, besides other high value properties and drafting of due diligence reports. He manages the team of around 12 persons in the firm. He is fairly familiar with the mortgage practices of banking and financial sector and regularly advises clients of the firm in various disbursement/post disbursement aspects of high value loans. In addition, he has experience of drafting and vetting of various deeds and documentations relating to properties which include pre/post purchase/sale documentations and other deeds, agreements and documents such as Gift Deed, Partition Deed, Release/Relinquishment Deed, Lease Deed, Mortgage Deed  etc. and incidental documentations.
